Signs you need to hire an OBM

4 signs you need an online business manager

It’s time to hire an OBM.

When you started your business, you probably thought it was all about YOU. But now that you’re beginning to gain attention and more opportunities, you want to ensure everything stays on track.

That’s where an OBM comes in! An OBM will help you manage your business’ needs and ensure that everything is in order as your company grows.

If you’re not sure if your business needs an OBM, here are some signs that might indicate it does:

1. You are losing time while your business grows

I can’t even count the number of business owners I’ve spoken to who have expressed how they are putting in more hours at their own company than they ever did at their “old job”. The situation does not have to be this way; as a business owner, you have the option to make improvements, such as employing the appropriate assistance to ease some of your workload pressure.

2. Your busy schedule prevents you from taking advantage of opportunities!

As a business owner, you can’t afford to be turning away opportunities that you need and want just because you are too busy. An Online Business Manager helps turn your vision into reality and can manage the process of organizing existing and new offers in your business from concept to launch.

3. Your business is still being run the same way it was when you started.

You’ve been writing the same emails, sending the same sales pitches, and answering the same questions for years. But if your business is not growing like you would like it to, then maybe it’s time to consider hiring an OBM.

Your role will (and should!) change as your business grows. You can delegate the ‘old’ stuff that is consuming your time and getting in the way of growing your business to your Online Business Manager (allowing you to get back to what you do best).

4. Your team is great, but you are frustrated by their constant “nagging”.

So you’ve got a great team! They’re working hard, and they’re doing great work.

But they’re not perfect. And that’s okay: nobody is. But the thing is if you want to keep your team on track and your business moving forward, it’s important to have a process in place to help them stay on track. So how do you do that? Get an OBM.

Conclusion:

We often hear this: “I’m swamped, and I have to turn away opportunities because I don’t have time.” And it’s true! You are busy. You have a lot on your plate, and that’s great. But you also need to make sure that you’re not leaving money on the table.

So if these signs have convinced you to get an OBM, set up a call here.
